De bedoeling is een zo goed mogelijke combinatie te maken met 5 kaarten, met 2 gesloten kaarten in handen en 5 open kaarten op tafel. Daarnaast helpt zo’n licentie om aan te tonen dat je er veilig geld kunt storten.
