There are multiple approaches to making a website like this work. I have an old contact database I'll probably use to get the basics conveyed in a one pager. Then go from there.

The gist of this website is to use zip codes in the United States for business services and yelp style search primarily. Most people use zip codes as pinpointing location for mail with 5 number searches. These regional codes can be expanded to search within first 3 or 4 numbers as well. For locations with services and dining nearby in other zip codes the 3 or 4 zip search can expand the results conveniently.

There has to be a healthier balance of folks being judgy on your background multi-versus folks hiring attempting to get some basics established without resorting to making past employers writing recommendations. Starting super simple... hoping for traction.

This is for big ticket items like boats, commercial properties and houses.

If you need a theme it's "time is money". If you aren't getting paid sufficiently for the work you do there should be a reevaluation to put paid work in perspective. If you aren't getting paid sufficiently for the work you do for others get a larger client base and phase the low payer out of optimal profit schedule.

This is really for team brainstorming on innovative paths forward. I don't have "a team" yet so I'm leaving this for later.

Probably just a jazzed up marketing few page website with a backoffice high end insurance wizard software... with an investor.
